Chronicles & Color operates two websites:
- chroniclesandcolor.com (our Shopify store where products are sold)
- stories.chroniclesandcolor.com (our Stories site hosting QR-code–linked content, historical notes, audio features, and original artwork)
This document explains how both sites collect information, how we use it, and the terms that apply when you access or purchase from our platforms. By using either site, you agree to the policies described here.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on our sites is owned by or licensed to Chronicles & Color, including:
- Line art designs
- Behind the Lines audio features
- Written historical notes
- Product images and mockups
- Branding and graphic assets
- Restored archival artwork
- Vivigraph multimedia and related features
You receive a personal, non-commercial license for coloring and display. Reproduction, redistribution, or adaptation without permission is prohibited.
2.3 User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the sites for unlawful activities
- Attempt to disrupt or access restricted areas
- Scrape, copy, or download content in bulk
- Misuse QR-code links
- Upload harmful or unauthorized content
2.4 Orders, Payments, and Shipping
Orders placed on the Shopify store are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information. Prices, availability, and shipping timelines may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or errors.
2.5 Third-Party Links
Both sites may link to external resources, playlists, archives, or media players. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronicles & Color is not liable for:
